EDUKASI PENGETAHUAN HIV MENGGUNAKAN VIDEO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DI SMA 11 KOTA JAMBI

HIV/AIDS masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global dengan jumlah kasus yang terus meningkat, termasuk di Provinsi Jambi. Remaja merupakan kelompok rentan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan adanya perilaku berisiko. Edukasi kesehatan diperlukan sebagai upaya pencegahan, salah satunya melalui media video berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi. Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi pengetahuan HIV menggunakan video AI dibandingkan metode penyuluhan konvensional terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan siswa SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI yang dipilih dengan simple random sampling, berjumlah minimal 72 responden. Kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan edukasi dengan video Al, sedangkan kelompok kontrol melalui penyuluhan konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner pengetahuan HIV yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T-Test dan Independent T-Test. Terdapat peningkatan signifikan skor pengetahuan HIV pada kelompok video Al dibandingkan kelompok konvensional (p < 0,05). Edukasi pengetahuan HIV dengan video berbasis AI lebih efektif dibandingkan penyuluhan konvensional. Teknologi Al berpotensi menjadi media alternatif inovatif dalam pendidikan kesehatan remaja guna mendukung pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Kata Kunci: HIV, Edukasi Kesehatan, Video AI, Pengetahuan, Remaja
