Abstract

Pembelajaran keterampilan klinik merupakan bagian penting dalam pendidikan kedokteran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan persepsi mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Universitas Jambi terhadap pembelajaran keterampilan klinik menggunakan desain deskriptif cross-sectional pada 300 mahasiswa angkatan 2022–2024. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Student’s Perception Regarding Skill Lab Training in Medical Education yang telah tervalidasi dan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif (median = 3), dengan penilaian baik terhadap instruktur, materi pembelajaran, sarana prasarana, dan penjadwalan, meskipun masih ditemukan beberapa keterbatasan. Pembelajaran keterampilan klinik dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan kesiapan mahasiswa menuju tahap profesi, namun perbaikan pada sarana prasarana, konsistensi materi, dan penjadwalan masih diperlukan.
