Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) merupakan penyakit autoimun kronik dengan inflamasi multisistem dan variasi manifestasi klinis serta laboratorium. Perbedaan karakteristik pasien di setiap populasi menjadikan penelitian deskriptif penting sebagai dasar evaluasi tatalaksana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik klinis dan laboratorium pasien SLE di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD Raden Mattaher Jambi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung terhadap pasien dan telaah rekam medis, mencakup variabel usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, tempat tinggal, hasil tes laboratorium (ANA dan darah rutin), serta manifestasi klinis. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat untuk menggambarkan distribusi frekuensi setiap variabel. Mayoritas pasien SLE berusia 26–35 tahun (37,5%) dan hampir seluruhnya perempuan (96,9%). Keluhan tersering adalah kelelahan dan artralgia (96,9%). Kelainan laboratorium meliputi hemoglobin rendah (18,8%), hematokrit rendah (21,9%), leukopenia (15,6%), leukositosis (28,1%), trombositopenia (3,1%), dan trombositosis (9,4%). Semua pasien ANA-IF positif (100%). Terapi utama adalah kortikosteroid (100%), imunosupresan (93,8%), antimalaria (46,9%), dan OAINS minimal (3,1%)
