NARRATIVE REVIEW : PENGARUH SUHU PENYIMPANAN PADA STABILITAS DALAM BEBERAPA JENIS SEDIAAN TABLET

Obat merupakan suatu senyawa yang digunakan untuk mencegah, mengobati, serta membantu menegakkan diagnosis suatu penyakit, maka dari itu penyimpanan obat sangat penting untuk dilakukan terutama suhu penyimpanan obat. Penelitian inni menggunakan metode Narrative review dengan menelaah 18 artikel, tahun artikel yang digunakan dengan rentang 2015 – 2025. Hasil menunjukan bahwa suhu penyimpanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kestabilan fisik dan kimia sediaan tablet. Pada suhu dingin tablet menunjukan stabilitas terbaik dengan kadar zat aktif yang stabil, pada suhu ruang masih dapat mempertahankan mutu obat, sedangkan pada suhu tinggi hingga ekstrem terjadi percepatan degradasi zat aktif. Dengan demikian, suhu penyimpanan dibawah 30℃ disimpulkan paling aman untuk menjaga kestabilan sediaan tablet.
